    • North Carolina High School Football - Cox Mill smashes Harding University

    September 26, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28208

    The Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) football trounced the host Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC), 35-0 in Friday's league outing.

    The Chargers now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Central Cabarrus for a Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A outing on Friday, October 3. Cox Mill will battle a Vikings team coming off a 17-13 league loss to Olympic (Charlotte, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 2-3.

    The Rams (1-4) will now prepare for their game against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Wolverines enter the Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, West Cabarrus overwhelmed Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC), 24-10, in a league game.
