South Carolina High School Football - Liberty edged by Crescent

The Crescent Tigers edged the visiting Liberty Red Devils football team by a score of 34-27 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Walhalla Razorbacks (Walhalla, SC) in a AAA Region 1 challenge, on Friday, October 3. Crescent will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Razorbacks enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 70-42 non-league loss to Liberty (Liberty, SC).

The Red Devils (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Clinton (Clinton, SC). The Red Devils come into the AA Region 1 test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Clinton edged Union County (Union, SC), 60-0, in a non-league test.
