The Davis Sr. Blue Devils felled the visiting River Valley Falcons football team by a score of 47-22 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Arroyo Dons (San Lorenzo, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 3. Davis Sr. will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Dons enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 40-26 non-league win over Piedmont (Piedmont, CA).

The Falcons (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Live Oak (Live Oak, CA). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Live Oak ran past Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA), 47-34, in a non-league outing.
