The Marshall Tigers football squad scored 36 points and limited the host Delano Tigers to 6 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now hold a 5-0 record. They play next when they host Orono for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 3. Marshall will play a Spartans team coming off a 30-21 league win over Zimmerman (Zimmerman, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 4-1.
The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN). The White Hawks go into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Mound-Westonka toppled Big Lake (Big Lake, MN), 32-30, in a non-league challenge.
