The Evansville Blue Devils football squad scored 36 points and limited the visiting Delavan-Darien Comets to 7 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Friday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Edgerton for a Rock Valley test on Friday, October 3. Evansville will meet a Crimson Tide squad coming off a 34-21 league win over Jefferson (Jefferson, WI). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 4-2.
The Comets (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Monroe (Monroe, WI). The Cheesemakers enter the Rock Valley challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, Monroe was defeated by McFarland (McFarland, WI), 55-44, in a league outing.
