The East Leopards football squad scored 70 points and limited the host Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle to 27 in the Leopards league triumph on Friday.

The Leopards now hold a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Skyline for a 4A Region 10 test on Friday, October 3. East will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 62-17 league win over Cottonwood (Salt Lake City, UT). The Eagles record now stands at 5-2.

With the defeat, Juan Diego Catholic drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Soaring eagle travel to Highland (Salt Lake City, UT) to meet the Rams in a 4A Region 10 test on Friday, October 3. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Highland won 28-12 in their recent league challenge against Murray (Murray, UT)
