The Ecorse Raiders (Ecorse, MI) football trounced the host Mt. Clemens Battling Bathers (Mt. Clemens, MI), 48-14 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Raiders now sport a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chandler Park Academy for a Charter - Gold game on Friday, October 3. Ecorse will battle a Eagles team coming off a 44-12 non-league win over Lincoln-King Academy (Detroit, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 4-1.
The Battling Bathers (0-5) will now prepare for their bout against Westfield Prep (Redford, MI). The Warriors go into the Freelance bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Westfield Prep smashed Detroit Leadership Academy (Detroit, MI), 36-32, in a league bout.
