Utah High School Football - Emery trounces Grand County

September 26, 2025: Moab, UT 84532

In Friday's league match, the visiting Emery Spartans football squad scored a big 69-0 win over the Grand County Red Devils.

In their next game, the Spartans play the South Sevier Rams (Monroe, UT) in a 2A - South challenge, on Friday, October 3. Emery will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Rams go into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 69-27 league win over Delta (Delta, UT).

The Red Devils (0-7) will now prepare for their challenge against San Juan (Blanding, UT). The Broncos go into the 2A - South challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, San Juan was ripped by Manti (Manti, UT), 38-28, in a non-league challenge.

Congratulations to #52 Emmanuel Villalba-Silveira (overall), #12 Justin Kimmerle (offensive), #11 Jaxith Windsor (defensive) and #8 Beto Carroll (special teams) for being selected the Grand County Football Players of the Game.
