Maine High School Football - Fryeburg defeats Messalonskee

In Friday's league battle, the host Fryeburg Raiders football team scored a nice 37-20 win over the Messalonskee Eagles.

With the win, Fryeburg advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Raiders travel to Cony (Augusta, ME) to play the Rams in a B North battle on Friday, October 3. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 4-0. Cony won 39-34 in their recent non-league match against Oxford Hills/Buckfield (South Paris, ME)

Coming up next, the Eagles confront the Brunswick Dragons (Brunswick, ME) in a B North match, on Friday, October 3. Messalonskee will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Dragons come into the match with a 0-4 record after their 20-8 league loss to Mt. Blue (Farmington, ME).
