Florida High School Football - Killian nudged by Gulliver Prep

In Friday's league outing, the Gulliver Prep Raiders (Miami, FL) football squad tipped the visiting Killian Cougars (Miami, FL), by a margin of 34-27.

The Raiders now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) for a 2A District 16 outing on Friday, October 10. Gulliver Prep will clash with a Stallions squad coming off a 28-21 non-league loss to NSU University (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Stallions record now stands at 5-1.

The Cougars (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Tampa Catholic (Tampa, FL). The Crusaders enter the non-league game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Tampa Catholic was edged by Bishop Moore (Orlando, FL), 29-20, in a non-league game.
