In Friday's league match, the host Interstate 35 Roadrunners football squad scored a nice 53-25 win over the Panorama Panthers.
With the win, Interstate 35 advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Roadrunners travel to West Central Valley (Stuart, IA) to play the Wildcats in a 1A District 7 battle on Friday, October 3. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 2-3. West Central Valley lost 21-0 in their recent league battle against Ogden (Ogden, IA)
The Panthers now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host West Marshall for a 1A District 7 match on Friday, October 3. Panorama will confront a Trojans squad coming off a 28-14 league loss to Pleasantville (Pleasantville, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-2.
