North Dakota High School Football - Larimore edged by Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie]

The Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] held off the host Larimore Polar Bears football squad by a margin of 34-28 in Friday's league test.

The now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Rockford-Sheyenne/Maddock for a 9-Man Region 2 (9 Man) test on Friday, October 3. Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] will meet a squad coming off a 80-12 league win over Midway/Minto (Inkster, ND). The record now stands at 6-0.

With the defeat, Larimore drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Polar bears host St. John (St. John, ND) to meet the Woodchucks in a 9-Man Region 2 (9 Man) challenge on Friday, October 3. The Woodchucks go into the challenge with a record of 2-4. St. John lost 41-0 in their recent league challenge against North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] (Walhalla, ND)
