Montana High School Football - Polson toppled by Libby

The Polson Pirates football squad (Polson, MT), was outscored 31-20 in Friday's league contest with the host Libby Loggers (Libby, MT)

The Loggers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bigfork (Bigfork, MT). The Vikings & Valkyries enter the A - Northwest contest with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Bigfork was topped by Columbia Falls (Columbia Falls, MT), 27-13, in a league bout.

The Pirates now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Whitefish for a A - Northwest bout on Friday, October 3. Polson will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 65-0 league win over Ronan (Ronan, MT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-1.
