Illinois High School Football - Prairie Ridge defeats McHenry

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Prairie Ridge Wolves (Crystal Lake, IL) and the visiting McHenry Warriors (McHenry, IL), witnessed Prairie Ridge's football squad topple McHenry by a count of 43-22.

The Wolves (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Huntley (Huntley, IL). The Red Raiders enter the Fox Valley contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Huntley was outscored by Jacobs (Algonquin, IL), 35-27, in a league battle.

The Warriors now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Central for a Fox Valley battle on Friday, October 3. McHenry will play a Rockets team coming off a 45-14 league win over Hampshire (Hampshire, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 4-1.
