The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Rancho Verde Mustangs (Moreno Valley, CA) and the host Tahquitz Titans (Hemet, CA), saw Rancho Verde's football team gain a win over Tahquitz by a final score of 26-0.

With the win, Rancho Verde advances its record to 1-4 on the season. The Mustangs host JW North (Riverside, CA) to encounter the Huskies in a Ivy battle on Friday, October 3. The Huskies go into the battle with a record of 1-4. JW North won 39-36 in their recent non-league battle against Redlands East Valley (Redlands, CA)

The Titans now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they host San Jacinto for a Mountain Pass battle on Friday, October 3. Tahquitz will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 17-7 non-league loss to Aquinas (San Bernardino, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.
