Richland Rams (Johnstown, PA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Somerset Eagles (Somerset, PA), 61-7 in a league battle.

With the win, Richland advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Rams travel to Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA) to confront the Trojans in a Laurel Highlands match on Friday, October 3. The Trojans come into the match with a record of 1-5. Greater Johnstown lost 41-6 in their recent league match against Bishop McCort (Johnstown, PA)

Coming up next, the Eagles confront the Bedford Bisons (Bedford, PA) in a Laurel Highlands match, on Friday, October 3. Somerset will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bisons come into the match with a 1-5 record after their 21-7 league loss to Forest Hills (Sidman, PA).
