The Walpole Timberwolves (Walpole, MA) football were winner over the visiting Wellesley Raiders (Wellesley, MA), 28-14 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Timberwolves now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Needham for a Bay State - Herget game on Friday, October 3. Walpole will battle a Rockets team coming off a 36-7 non-league loss to Lincoln-Sudbury (Sudbury, MA). The Rockets record now stands at 0-3.

The Raiders (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Brookline (Brookline, MA). The Warriors enter the Bay State - Carey game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Brookline fell by Watertown (Watertown, MA), 35-0, in a non-league game.
