In Friday's league outing, the visiting Vergennes Commodores soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Enosburg Falls Hornets.
The Commodores (7-0) will now prepare for their outing against Danville (Danville, VT). The Bears go into the outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, Danville was overwhelmed by Hazen (Hardwick, VT), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Hornets play the Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds (Swanton, VT) in a Mountain test, on Monday, September 29. Enosburg Falls will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record.
