Arroyo Dons (San Lorenzo, CA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA), 42-15 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Arroyo advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Dons travel to Davis Sr. (Davis, CA) to confront the Blue Devils in a non-league match on Friday, October 3. The Blue Devils go into the battle with a record of 3-3. Davis Sr. won 20-0 in their recent non-league battle against River Valley (Yuba City, CA)

The Highlanders now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Hayward for a battle on Friday, October 10. Piedmont will play a Farmers team coming off a 43-0 non-league loss to San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA). The Farmers record now stands at 1-4.
