The Madeira Snails beat the visiting Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles volleyball team by a tally of 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Snails now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Connelly School of the Holy Child for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 30.
With the loss, Model Secondary School for the Deaf drops to 7-9 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Maryland School for the Deaf (Frederick, MD) to play the Orioles in a non-league game on Saturday, September 27. The Orioles go into the game with a record of 0-0.
