Byng Pirates (Ada, OK) supporters left the game pleased Friday as they witnessed their softball team run past the host Shawnee Wolves (Shawnee, OK), 18-2 in a non-league match.

The Pirates (19-11) will now prepare for their match against Tupelo (Tupelo, OK). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 9-17 record. In their last match, Tupelo notched a victory over Moss (Holdenville, OK), 11-6, in a league match.

In their next game, the Wolves battle the Bethel Wildcats (Shawnee, OK) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 29. Shawnee will attempt to better on its 9-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 13-5 record after their 7-1 non-league win over Purcell (Purcell, OK).
