Utah High School Volleyball - Altamont crushed by Monticello

The Monticello Buckaroo prevailed the host Altamont Longhorns volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Buckaroo clash with the Green River Pirates (Green River, UT) in a 1A Region 19 bout, on Tuesday, September 30. Monticello will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Pirates enter the match with a 4-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Monument Valley (Monument Valley, UT).

The Longhorns (5-12) will now prepare for their match against Wendover (Wendover, UT). The Wildcats enter the 1A Region 22 match with a 4-19 record. In their last match, Wendover was outscored by Tintic (Eureka, UT), 3-0, in a league match.
