In Friday's non-league match, the Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Combs Coyotes (San Tan Valley, AZ), by a count of 2-0.

In their next game, the Coyotes encounter the Seton Catholic Sentinels (Chandler, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 27. Skyline will attempt to improve on its 8-10 season record. The Sentinels go into the battle with a 6-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA).

The Coyotes now own a 5-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Deer Valley for a non-league contest on Friday, September 26. Combs will battle a Skyhawks team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to ALA - Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ). The Skyhawks record now stands at 6-13.
