Utah High School Volleyball - Sacred Heart tips Desert Hills

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Sacred Heart Valkyries (Louisville, KY) and the host Desert Hills Thunder (St. George, UT), saw Sacred Heart's volleyball squad nudge Desert Hills by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Sacred Heart improves its record to 11-12 on the season. The Valkyries host Centennial (Corona, CA) to face the Huskies in a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. The Huskies go into the test with a record of 17-8. Centennial won 3-0 in their recent league test against Santiago (Corona, CA)

The Thunder now own a 16-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mater Dei for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. Desert Hills will face a Monarchs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 16-4.
