Wyoming High School Volleyball - East can't get by Douglas

Douglas Bearcats (Douglas, WY) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Bearcats (19-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Evanston (Evanston, WY). The Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 13-11 record. In their last challenge, Evanston edged Natrona County (Casper, WY), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Thunderbirds meet the Riverton Wolverines (Riverton, WY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 26. East will attempt to advance on its 11-10 season record. The Wolverines go into the test with a 3-11 record after their 3-1 league win over Jackson Hole (Jackson, WY).
