Wisconsin High School Volleyball - Fond du Lac edged by West Bend East

West Bend East Suns (West Bend, WI) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Fond du Lac Cardinals (Fond du Lac, WI), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, West Bend East improves its record to 9-11 on the season. The Suns host Sheboygan South (Sheboygan, WI) to encounter the Redwings in a Glacier Trails test on Tuesday, September 30. The Redwings go into the test with a record of 5-11. Sheboygan South won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Kenosha Tremper (Kenosha, WI)

Next, the Cardinals meet the Catholic Memorial Crusaders (Waukesha, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 27. Fond du Lac will attempt to upgrade on its 14-9 season record. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a 13-10 record after their 3-2 league win over Oak Creek (Oak Creek, WI).
