In Friday's non-league match, the Ohio School for the Deaf Spartans (Columbus, OH) volleyball squad tipped the host Illinois School for the Deaf Tigers (Jacksonville, IL), by a final score of 2-1.
Next up, the Spartans confront the Marburn Academy Panthers (New Albany, OH) in a United bout, on Tuesday, September 30. Ohio School for the Deaf will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Foxfire (Zanesville, OH).
With the loss, Illinois School for the Deaf drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Tigers host Metro Deaf (St. Paul, MN) to clash with the Cheetahs in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 27. The Cheetahs come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
