The Weston Trojans edged the visiting New Milford Green Wave volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Friday's league game.
Next up, the Trojans face the Stratford Red Devils (Stratford, CT) in a Southwest-Colonial game, on Monday, September 29. Weston will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Red Devils come into the outing with a 3-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Joel Barlow (Redding, CT).
With the loss, New Milford drops to 7-2 on the campaign. The Green wave travel to Newtown (Newtown, CT) to play the Nighthawks in a Southwest-Colonial outing on Monday, September 29. The Nighthawks come into the outing with a record of 3-5. Newtown 1-1 in their recent non-league game against Millbrook (Millbrook, NY)
