In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Madison Southern Eagles soccer squad scored a close 5-0 triumph over the Lincoln County Patriots.
The Eagles (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Boyle County (Danville, KY). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 11-4 record. In their last battle, Boyle County nudged Garrard County (Lancaster, KY), 6-0, in a league battle.
The Patriots (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Berea (Berea, KY). The Pirates come into the non-league battle with a 4-8 record. In their last battle, Berea was overwhelmed by Scott County (Georgetown, KY), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
