The Proviso East Pirates volleyball team (Maywood, IL), was dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Berwyn/Cicero Morton Mustangs (Cicero, IL)

The Mustangs (8-9) will now prepare for their challenge against De La Salle (Chicago, IL). The Meteors enter the non-league challenge with a 19-4 record. In their last challenge, De La Salle defeated Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Pirates meet the Thornwood Thunderbirds (South Holland, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 28. Proviso East will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record.
