The Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy Crusaders volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles to 2 in the Crusaders league victory on Tuesday.

The Crusaders now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Challenger for a Western Piedmont Athletic game on Thursday, September 29. Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy will confront a Firebirds team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC). The Firebirds record now stands at 6-4.

The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their game against Victory Christian Academy (Gastonia, NC). The Patriots enter the Western Piedmont Athletic game with a 1-7 record.
