Illinois High School Volleyball - Monticello Tolono Unity

The Tolono Unity Rockets volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Monticello Sages to 0 in the Rockets league victory on Tuesday.

The Rockets now possess a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paxton-Buckley-Loda for a Illini Prairie game on Thursday, September 29. Tolono Unity will meet a Panthers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Oakwood (Fithian, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 9-6.

The Sages (7-11) will now prepare for their game against Pontiac (Pontiac, IL). The Indians enter the Illini Prairie game with a 5-13 record. In their last game, Pontiac was dropped by Rantoul (Rantoul, IL), 2-1, in a league game.
