The Mesquite Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Gilbert Tigers to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Wildcats now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seton Catholic for a game on Tuesday, October 17.
The Tigers (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ). The Bulldogs enter the game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Queen Creek dropped by Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ), 2-0, in a league game.
