The Phoebus Phantoms topped the host Heritage Hurricanes volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Phantoms now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodside for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 4. Phoebus will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Warwick (Newport News, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-1.

The Hurricanes (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Hampton (Hampton, VA). The Crabbers enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Hampton dropped by Woodside (Newport News, VA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
