The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL) and the host Paris Tigers (Paris, IL), saw Salt Fork's volleyball squad nip Paris by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Salt Fork upgrades its record to 1-2 on the year. The Storm host Schlarman (Danville, IL) to play the Hilltoppers in a bout on Thursday, October 19. The Hilltoppers go into the bout with a record of 2-7.

The Tigers now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Marshall for a match on Thursday, September 28. Paris will battle a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Robinson (Robinson, IL). The Lions record now stands at 0-3.
