Millbrook School Mustangs (Millbrook, NY) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Hotchkiss School Bearcats (Lakeville, CT), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs face the Canterbury School Saints (New Milford, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 30. Millbrook School will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Saints enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to King (Stamford, CT).
The Bearcats now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Suffield Academy for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 30. Hotchkiss School will face a Tigers team coming off a 4-1 league win over Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-0.

A huge and massive win for the Millbrook School boys varsity soccer team! Despite a tight match in the first 5 minutes, Millbrook quickly took the lead within the the next minute as Chase opened up the score. We then added two more goals in the second half after dominating possession and making some good runs down the left wing. Despite an own goal, we quickly picked up the pace going into the second half. 4 more goals came from Francis, Ross, and Chase, respectively, with Francis adding two more goals to his tally for a total of 4 goals throughout the match. Overall, a dominating and solid performance from the Millbrook boys.
