In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Matoaca Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Atlee Raiders.
The Warriors (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against Dinwiddie (Dinwiddie, VA). The Generals come into the Central battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Dinwiddie went down by Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Raiders encounter the Henrico Warriors (Richmond, VA) in a Capital battle, on Thursday, September 28. Atlee will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 1-9 record after their 3-2 league win over Armstrong (Richmond, VA).
