In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host St. Georges Tech Hawks volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Brandywine Bulldogs.
The Hawks (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Christiana (Newark, DE). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Christiana lost by Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Concord Raiders (Wilmington, DE) in a Blue Hen Flight - B battle, on Friday, September 29. Brandywine will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Raiders come into the battle with a 6-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Odessa (Townsend, DE).
