The Goode STEM Academy Knights held off the visiting Carver Challengers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Wednesday's league test.

The Knights now have a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kelly for a Chicago Public Green South test on Friday, September 29. Goode STEM Academy will confront a Trojans team coming off a 2-1 league win over South Shore International (Chicago, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 10-6.

The Challengers (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Victoria Soto (Chicago, IL). The Wolves come into the Chicago Public Green South contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Victoria Soto tipped King (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a league contest.
