Connecticut High School Volleyball - Suffield over Ellington

September 27, 2023: Ellington, CT 06029

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Suffield Wildcats (West Suffield, CT) and the host Ellington Knights (Ellington, CT), saw Suffield's volleyball squad beat Ellington by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Suffield upgrades its record to 8-0 on the year. The Wildcats travel to East Granby (East Granby, CT) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Friday, September 29. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 1-6. East Granby won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against East Windsor (East Windsor, CT)

The Knights now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Coventry for a North Central Connecticut bout on Monday, October 2. Ellington will play a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Sports & Medical Sciences Academy (Hartford, CT). The Patriots record now stands at 4-4.
