The Siegel Stars (Murfreesboro, TN) volleyball overcame the visiting Hillsboro Burros (Nashville, TN), 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Siegel upgrades its record to 27-13 on the year. The Stars travel to Central Magnet (Murfreesboro, TN) to face the in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 28. The go into the outing with a record of 16-12. Central Magnet won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Community (Unionville, TN)

The Burros now own a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Antioch for a AAA District 11 outing on Thursday, September 28. Hillsboro will face a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Independence Academy (Antioch, TN). The Bears record now stands at 1-9.
