Minnesota High School Football - Andover tops Spring Lake Park

The Andover Huskies football squad scored 35 points and limited the host Spring Lake Park Panthers to 14 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Huskies now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host St. Francis for a Northstar - West Gold test on Friday, October 4. Andover will meet a Fighting Saints squad coming off a 32-13 league win over Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 1-4.
With the defeat, Spring Lake Park drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Irondale (New Brighton, MN) to meet the Knights in a Northstar - West Maroon test on Friday, October 4. The Knights come into the test with a record of 1-4. Irondale lost 27-21 in their recent league test against Park Center (Brooklyn Park, MN)
