Welch Wildcats (Welch, OK) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Bluejacket Chieftains (Bluejacket, OK), 48-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Welch advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Billings (Billings, OK) to play the Bulldogs in a C District 3 (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 4. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 0-2. Billings lost 46-20 in their recent league battle against Watts (Watts, OK)

The Chieftains now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Medford for a C District 3 (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 4. Bluejacket will play a Cardinals team coming off a 56-16 league win over Oaks-Mission (Oaks, OK). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-2.
