Maryland High School Football - Laurel loses to Bowie

September 27, 2024: Laurel, MD 20707

The Bowie Bulldogs (Bowie, MD) football knocked off the host Laurel Spartans (Laurel, MD), 36-13 in Friday's league outing.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bladensburg for a Prince George's County 4A/3A outing on Friday, October 4.

With the defeat, Laurel drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Spartans host Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD) to clash with the Pumas in a Prince George's County 4A/3A outing on Friday, October 4. The Pumas come into the outing with a record of 3-1. Wise won 56-6 in their recent league outing against Oxon Hill (Oxon Hill, MD)
