The Yuma Outlaws football squad scored 27 points and limited the host Brush Beetdiggers to 24 in the Outlaws non-league triumph on Friday.

The Outlaws now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burlington for a 1A North Central test on Friday, October 4. Yuma will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 48-12 non-league win over Denver Christian (Denver, CO). The Cougars record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Brush drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Beetdiggers travel to Arvada (Arvada, CO) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 2A League 7 test on Friday, October 4. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 1-3. Arvada won 60-0 in their recent non-league test against Lincoln (Denver, CO)
