The Community Christian Knights walloped the host Notre Dame Academy Irish Wolfhounds football team by a score of 44-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights play the Lafayette Christian Cougars (LaGrange, GA) in a GAPPS AA Region 1 (9 Man) challenge, on Friday, October 4. Community Christian will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Cougars go into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 38-26 non-league win over Unity Christian (Rome, GA).

The Irish Wolfhounds (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Johnson Ferry Christian Academy (Marietta, GA). The Saints go into the GAPPS AA Region 1 (9 Man) challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Johnson Ferry Christian Academy was ripped by Trinity Christian School of Griffin (Griffin, GA), 28-22, in a non-league challenge.
