The Del Valle Conquistadores walloped the visiting Jefferson Silver Foxes football team by a score of 58-0 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Conquistadores face the Chapin Huskies (El Paso, TX) in a 5A-2 Region I District 1 challenge, on Friday, October 4. Del Valle will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Huskies go into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 45-21 league win over Burges (El Paso, TX).

The Silver Foxes (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against El Paso (El Paso, TX). The Tigers go into the 5A-2 Region I District 1 challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, El Paso was ripped by Canutillo (Canutillo, TX), 47-0, in a league challenge.
