California High School Football - Desert knocked off by Silver Valley

September 27, 2024: Edwards AFB, CA 93523

In Friday's non-league game, the Silver Valley Trojans (Yermo, CA) football team overcame the host Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA), by a tally of 36-23.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Temecula Prep Patriots (Winchester, CA) in a Cottonwood game, on Friday, October 4. Silver Valley will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Patriots enter the game with a 5-1 record after their 13-12 league win over Riverside Prep (Oro Grande, CA).

The Scorpions (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Kern Valley (Lake Isabella, CA). The Broncs enter the High Desert game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Kern Valley was toppled by Lompoc (Lompoc, CA), 35-21, in a non-league game.
