The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Hanover Wildcats (Hanover, KS) and the visiting Frankfort Wildcats (Frankfort, KS), witnessed Hanover's football squad edge Frankfort by a tally of 28-22.

The Wildcats (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Blue Valley (Randolph, KS). The Rams enter the Twin Valley (8 Man) contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Blue Valley was nudged by Axtell (Axtell, KS), 64-8, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Wildcats battle the Thunder Ridge Longhorns (Kensington, KS) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 4. Frankfort will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Longhorns enter the contest with a 0-4 record after their 39-16 non-league loss to Linn (Linn, KS).
