The Hanover-Horton Comets walloped the visiting Homer Trojans football team by a score of 63-0 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Comets face the Vandercook Lake Jayhawks (Jackson, MI) in a Cascades - West challenge, on Friday, October 4. Hanover-Horton will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Jayhawks go into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 55-18 league loss to Columbia Central (Brooklyn, MI).
The Trojans (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Addison (Addison, MI). The Panthers go into the Cascades - West challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Addison was ripped by Jonesville (Jonesville, MI), 46-0, in a league challenge.
